Great classic Japanese cafe. The pictured morning set was just ¥450 (April 30, 2026). Lovely and very spacious interior. Smoking seems to be allowed because there was an ashtray on each table. However, no one was smoking when I went and restaurant does NOT smell like smoke at all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

"Tokio" is an old-fashioned coffee shop , so I felt that good parts and impossible parts coexisted Good part Since we are a community-based restaurant, only people we know come to the store, so it feels very friendly! ️ The impossible part these days. At a coffee shop , there is no separate smoking area and all smoking is OK, but it's a little bit for people who don't smoke It's the store's policy that smoking is allowed in all areas, so I think they're worried that if they ban smoking, the number of customers will decrease... On the other hand, if we banned smoking, I think the number of people traveling with children would increase with peace of mind, and the total number of people would increase. I think it's a difficult choice!! ️
