Since I was born in Hiroshima, I have eaten okonomiyaki hundreds of times, and Tokoshie-san's okonomiyaki is definitely the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki that will satisfy Hiroshima people. Since I won't be going back to my hometown this year, I've been going there a lot to at least try some of Hiroshima's specialties, and I've been satisfied every time. The okonomiyaki with shiso leaf topping is an unusual combination, but it matched so well that I was surprised to see such a collaboration. Unfortunately, I will be moving, so I won't be able to visit much in the future, but I was happy that I was able to hear from you today, which I thought would be my last visit. I would like to eat at the restaurant again if I come nearby.
