Tokufumi is an awesome little restaurant! They have a lot of great seafood dishes. The staff is very small. Hiro-san is the owner and the chef here. It's a small neighborhood restaurant but they're so welcoming. I come to practice my Japanese and have some Okinawan cuisine. My first visit I had sashimi with no rice because I'm doing.the impossible low carb life on island but Hiro-san remembered this on my next visit and made me a wonderful tofu champuru. There are different humans visiting and if you make an effort to engage in japanese you could have some awesome conversations. This is going to be one of my places to visit often as the food is great and the service is awesome. They only take yen so come.with cash in hand
