A very different way to enjoy fugu, purely showcase the skills of chefs the idea in create something very different to the mainstream. I manage to preorder these interesting dishes based on research from review on Tabelog, there is someone who can speak English and email communication makes it all possible. The is clearly top quality fugu, all the other dishes also at a very high standard, especially the horse hair crab with sea urchin rice and the chestnut dessert. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
