Interesting place, on a street full of lights and nice restaurants, probably the busiest food locality in Rockingham sits this run-down venue. We went for dinner, 10 of us, and sushi on the train had been there all day. Half the plates didn't have lids, edges of most of the dishes were crusty and dry. When we asked for cutlery for the kids, it was pretty gross to see the waitress pick it up by the blade, leaving her fingerprints on everything. The restaurant itself is in dire need of a deep clean. They do not have a liquor license nor the option to BYO. Drinks are self serve from the fridge. We ordered 5 meals off the menu and all were average, except for udon soup which was very good. It is a sore thumb in an otherwise great spot, they could definitely do with a renovation and some hygiene training for waitstaff and chefs. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$200+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I love ordering off the menu, really delicious sushi rolls, soups and the karage chicken is a personal fave with that sticky sweet soy. However I think the sushi train menu needs to be revised, not enough seafood rolls. A little weird you sit down to see menu to only get up to order in a small venue where you could easily be serviced. I'll keep coming back as I truly do enjoy everything else about the place Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This was the worst ever Japanese restaurant ever I have tried. The staff was so unkind and rude. I ordered a tokyo bento, and the shrimp that looked used ones on the top of sushi. The others were also totally different from the menu photo. I will never visit there again and never recommend anyone. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: A$20–40
