After a walk around Elmore park, many visitors stop by this restaurant. A lot of guests point out that waiters offer nicely cooked sushi and tasty ramen here. Food delivery is a big plus of Tokyo Toro Japanese Restaurant. The high ratings of this place wouldn't be possible without the attentive staff. Fine service is something visitors appreciate here. This spot provides dishes at adequate prices. The homey decor and nice atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. But this restaurant is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

APPALLING SERVICE - ADMITTED TO FALSE ADVERTISING DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This restaurant openly admits to misleading customers. I ordered the Spider Futomaki (£14.99) which, according to their own menu description, includes soft shell crab, spicy mayo, crunchy onion, and orange tobiko. What arrived was a joke—missing almost all key ingredients. When I contacted them via WhatsApp, their response was shocking: "Description is outdated, no mayo and tobiko added anyway". This is a blatant admission of false advertising. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be "as described." You cannot charge premium prices for a premium description and then deliver a stripped-back version because you "forgot" to update your menu. To make matters worse, the Chicken Bibimbap was equally poor—missing spinach and carrots, replaced with cheap black fungus, and topped with a cold boiled egg instead of the advertised sunny-side-up egg. Even the replacement they sent for the sushi was messy and still lacked the ingredients they claimed were "outdated". This place has zero integrity. I have reported them to Trading Standards. Went for daughter’s birthday for some sushi and bubble teas. Food was delicious and we were even offered free dessert for a birthday girl! Staff were very friendly and checked are we happy with our order. Kids were very excited for bubble teas and are happy to have local place serving them. Definitely will be visiting again. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give no stars I would absolutely disgusting. Ordered £70 worth on uber eats took 1 hour and half to come, hair in the sushi so that was thrown away, hot food was stone cold, driver took no care in delivering the food as it was all over the place in the boxes and didn’t give a single apology for how late it was just walked off. Was not worth the money and will never order again. Think finding a hair in the food was beyond disgusting, we ended up throwing majority away. Don’t waste your money and time. Food: 1 Service: 1
