I have eaten here at least 3 times a month since they opened. I ordered cold subs and got them home and they were hot. Called the restaurant and was told that a credit would be placed under my name. Today I ordered the same cold subs and was told there was no credit and that they don’t make “cold” subs hot. The lady brought out my bag with the “cold subs” and once again they are hot. The owner says well that’s because we toast the bread. Since when is a cold sub HOT!!! That’s why there are two choices when you order. Hot or cold wow. Really surprised when the owner started arguing with me in front of everyone. Will not be back!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We always have bigger parties because of large family. Toledo's is so accommodating, and food is above any "pizza place".
