We just wanted dinner. Sigh. Very short version: we put in an online order via the restaurant's website to pick up. Pad Thai with Chicken. Definitely chicken. Double-checked the order when we got back home, empty-handed and with no food. Yes, it was Pad Thai with chicken. I emphasize this because somehow the online system replaced "chicken" with "tofu". Hey, no biggie. Technology failed us and failed the restaurant. No one's fault, yeah? Except when the discrepancy became apparent, the cook/owner came out front and became...aggressive. Not physically, that would be news-worthy. Just aggressive. She felt the need to continually say things like, "We're not going to remake anything, and you'll pay for this one, we already made it, *YOU* ordered tofu so we made tofu..." Yes. We get it. Lady, I'm not asking you to remake anything. I'm not marching into your restaurant making demands. It was an honest mistake. I left there a bit stunned, and of course with no food to show for it. Mistakes happen, but to stand there and accuse a customer without any hint of mea culpa was insulting, and frankly kind of embarrassing to behold. So I left angry, gaslit, and hungry. Their pad thai *is* good, though. I recommend it with chicken. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When you came to pick it up we offered to remake it with chicken but you would still need to pay for the order with tofu and chicken. I’m sorry I came off aggressive, English is not my first language so if you felt I was aggressive or continually repeating myself, I was just trying to explain the situation. We do have ordering on NOSH and doordash or you can call us. We also offered the food to you and you did not want it. Thank you for recommending the pad Thai, we hope to see you soonMore

We needed a quick lunch and luckily chose Tom Kha Thai Asian Bistro. We ordered green chili and general tso’s chicken. Now we are kind of green chili snobs, our favorite two places to have it is US Thai in Denver and Pure Thai in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan NYC. Tom Kha has been added to the list. Very good. The General Tso’s was very good too. Service was quick, friendly, and the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. We’ll definitely come back when in Ft Collins.
