Love the selection here but now I'm afraid to take your items home to my kids!! How can your employees let this kind of dirt and bacteria build up on your shelves. There NO EXCUSE FOR THIS!

Matthew who was working in Starbucks yesterday did not want to service me. He was eating whip cream behind the counter and then told me oh sorry there’s two orders ahead of you. The lady before me said it’s okay you can make her drink before me because I am not in a rush. And he goes oh well, there’s someone before you too. Sooooo? You had time to eat whip cream, tell another customer she had someone ahead of her as well all of this just to not take my order???? ridiculous. If he can’t provide customer service he should not work in an environment where your sole job is to provide a service.
