For the very first timeI ordered on line and chose the "pickup" option. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the process. I was well informed during every step and all I had to do was park my car and open the trunk. Great service and excellent customer service. The only thing I was unsure of, was tipping the runner.

I REALLY LIKED This Tom Thumb. Especially the piano player. ( Weekends only) the prices unfortunately weren't too much different than other grocery stores. But it's a nice quiet well laid out store. lots of choices for your every day needs and I Think a much better beverage selection than most Kroger or Walmart stores. It's in a very nice part of Irving AND it's been there for a very long time. But it has a very modern appearance. I plan to start shopping there more often.

95/5 like me, you will love this place! When is the last time you ask a simple question like, "Where are your displays of orchids?", and have the manager of the floral center insist on walking you across the store, engage you in pleasant dialog, and present you with a dizzyingly, delightful array of choices and prices that go beyond your expectations... Yup! That was just the start. I asked about meat deals, [purchase one beautifully seasoned 4 pack of ready to grill leg quarters and get 2 free], wonderful selection of vegetables, and the most accommodating staff I have experienced in a very long time. This was my first visit. I intend to visit a time or 2 more. I have to see if that is the norm! Otherwise! Did I mention the engaging fellow playing the baby grand...Yup! Take a chance on this gem. Rate the odds. I willing to say your odds of satisfaction will be considerably, high!
