It was our first time eating here. Very clean and open restaurant. Pizza was delicious and they even made special request pizzas for us. Nice choices of salad toppings, pasta, sauces. The beef meatballs were delicious. Loved that kitchen was open and you could watch them make the pizzas. Jackson was our server and he was very nice. The girl making the pizzas was very nice and made a great pizza. Food bar was kept very clean and they kept replenishing the food and cleaning the area. I like that they have everything labeled and have keto and gluten free options too. Tomato Cafe in Albuquerque is a favorite for my wife and me. The restaurant is always clean, creating a welcoming environment right from the start. The service here stands out as the staff are always warm and efficient, making every visit great. The salad bar is fresh and crisp. The pizzas are among the best we’ve had, always served with a perfect balance of fresh toppings and delightful flavors and they’re open to requests. Also, the pasta bar is excellent and they always try to keep it stocked. We can’t recommend it enough! P.S. The only thing we wish is that they would do is swap their yogurt/ice-cream machines for some real soft-served like Jason’s Deli. It’s not creamy—it’s icy which makes it watery and tasteless.
