I used to love this place and ordered from it often, but my visit today was very disappointing. The cleanliness and smell were not what you’d expect from a bakery. To the point I couldn’t stand the smell and had to pen the front door the whole time. I asked several times if the madeleines were fresh and was assured they were, but they clearly weren’t. When I requested a refund, there was a communication issue and no manager available just a phone number that didn’t work. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in quality.
