We had a very disappointing experience at Tomtom Kebap. The food itself was decent, but the customer service completely ruined our visit. We accidentally left a pair of sunglasses and a hat behind. We realized it almost immediately and returned to the restaurant within about five minutes. Instead of checking carefully or trying to help, the staff immediately insisted that we hadn’t left anything there and showed no willingness to assist. What upset us the most was their attitude. They were dismissive from the beginning, and one staff member even raised their voice at my 60-year-old mother because she doesn’t speak English well. There was no patience, empathy, or basic respect. We understand that lost items cannot always be found, but the way customers are treated matters. A simple effort to help or a polite response would have made a big difference. Instead, we were met with rudeness and hostility. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
