A local attraction - US Customs House, that is situated beside this bar, is a part of the original culture of the city. Tondee's Tavern offers tasty fried prawns, pork ribs and duck. Invite your family with you and have good strawberry cheesecakes, tiramisu and key lime pie. This place is known for delicious draft beer, wine or craft beer. It's nice to order great tea, coffee or juice.

Visit this place to celebrate an anniversary, wedding or a birthday party. The accommodating staff meets you at this spot all year round. The professional service is something these restaurateurs care about. Most guests suppose that prices are attractive for what you receive. At this bar, visitors can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and lovely decor. But the general rating for Tondee's Tavern isn't high on Zomato.

Thank you for staying open during the evacuation! Your staff was wonderful and did a great job of making sure everyone was served.
Another restaurant fail in Savannah! I'm just not sure if any of these restaurants have chefs that actually went to culinary school. A night out on the town and we walk up to this place. Menu looked decent so we decided to try it. The restaurant was pretty busy so I figured something here was good. Appetizer: Tondee pups- these were actually good. I'm not big on fried things anymore, but these were tasty and didn't taste greasy. Entree: Salmon with Baked potato- salmon was over cooked and hard to eat. The baked potato was old and over cooked. Shrimp and grits: terrible! The shrimp had zero flavor and looked like cooked shrimp that was heated up. The grits were sad. Watery and grainy, not smooth and creamy. The sweet tea was good and the bread was great as well. Our server was really sweet, but I'm sure she could see we were not happy with our meal. $82 for food that was terrible. Oh, did i mention it took 40 minutes to get our food. Yes, 40 minutes! I'm not sure who runs this place, but I'd like a response because I'm not happy and I feel like I wasted my money. We left more than half out food on the plates.
Wonderful service and food good was great! I was with a large group and our waitress took special care of my gluten free needs!! My chicken Caesar salad was delicious!!
