I used to love this place but since their reopening it isn't the same. Menu changes. Appetizers are excellent however . I used to love their chicken dumpling soup which was removed from the menu. Entrees aren't the same

I realize that this "new normal" is a pain in the neck for everyone, but Tong-D needs to step up their game. I ordered on-line for curbside pick-up. I gave them the make, model, color and plate for my car. I parked right in front of the restaurant. All I had to do was call in and they would bring my order out. I called in 15 times and the line was always busy. But in the entire time I was sitting in my car, not one person came in to pick up a take out order. Finally, after 15 calls, I go in. (I know it sounds lazy but my knees are so bad that walking with the cane and carrying a take-out bag and my pocketbook can throw off my balance.) I complain to the girl behind the plexi-glass and say I want my card refunded. She is explaining this and that, but I can see my car quite visibly right next to her window. (In my opinion, if your restaurant is trying to survive on curbside, you should probably have someone a little more attentive to the curb.) I thinkthe thing that I find really upsetting is that while I was in there NOT one single call came through on the restaurant phone!!!!!!!! Oh, so the line is only busy when people are waiting for curbside pick-up. They did refund my money, but $50.00 worth of food was left on the counter because the line was too busy for customer service!
