If you want to eat meat at a reasonable price, go to Tonri. The photo shows the lunch yakiniku set meal for 1,000 yen, double meat for 1,500 yen, and three types of meat available. Cold noodles, kuppa, offal, beef tendon ramen, etc. My recommendation is "spicy beef tendon ramen" The recommended dish for the evening is definitely the ``Thick Sliced Tatemori'' series.
