When I came to Fukui from Fukuoka, Tonton was recommended to me. I visited with great expectations, but it was completely booked! I entered the store after waiting for about 10 minutes. The first thing that surprised me was the wait of 20 to 30 minutes for a bowl of ramen. Is it a little too late? That's what I thought, but the important thing is the ramen. Finally, the meal was served and I took a sip of the soup. Hmm...the soup and noodles are far different from the authentic one. According to the reviews, it tastes authentic. I thought this was the authentic taste! When I saw this, I thought, I don't want people to mistake this for the real place. It seems like there are a lot of regulars, and it's so popular that even at 850 yen per drink, the place is full, so people who like it must like it.
