Hi I been shopping here a long time. And the new manager is so super friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in he said good morning how are you.... That has never happened I said to my husband did you hear that. Lol. And when I was there again today he helped a older gentleman with his beer cases he put them in the man's cart and told him that's what I here for to help the customers. Just hope he stays around for awhile makes me want to go to Tony's for all my groceries. Thanks

Here is a portion of the reply I received. Note the method they wish me to use in order to personally contact them: We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right. If you’re open to it, please contact us directly at [contact info] so we can follow up, investigate further, and regain your trust. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve. I was visiting the countryside store for the first time. As I walked past the seafood counter, I was knocked over by the horrendous stench of "old fish" as I can best describe it. Just horrible. I should have left at once, but made a trip to the meat department and was amazed to see pork chops on offer the color of concrete. The expiry date had passed the previous week. Not one errant tray, but rather 9 trays of expired, rotting meat with an obvious odor. Never in my life, would I consider shopping in such unsafe, & unprofessional conditions. Never.
