Maddy was truly more than anyone can ask for she was kind nice so attentive and helpful. Definitely coming back and asking for her. She was a gem. empty table no food left means happy people loved it all Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This review is for takeout. As usual, the food is very good. The sliced turkey and corned beef were great. Seedless rye, great. Cole slaw and potato salad, excellent. Cookies, delicious. The frustrating part of takeout for us is that there was only one person operating the register, taking orders, taking payment, and fulfilling orders. So I had to wait for all walk-ins to be serviced before me. Took about 30 minutes for to get my medium-sized order fulfilled. Now, the service person was as pleasant as could be, as were the guests waiting in line and around the register, but on a fairly busy weekend afternoon, I think on other person in the front would have made my experience faster and more satisfying, at least when people are waiting for takeout service. This time, the order was perfect. But last time we were here, they left out three items from our order, which we realized at home, and we had to go back to get those items. Hope this feedback helps. This review is long overdue. My husband and I came here in February for breakfast with family. They have all the usuals you’d expect from a Jewish deli, including delicious pastries. The food hit the spot, but the real highlight was our waitress, Maddy. They don’t make ‘em like her anymore. Funny, competent, and the cherry on top. Thank you, Maddy!
