Tooti Aush, located on Badi Allah in Rasht, is a restaurant with a long-standing history, reportedly established over 130 years ago. While it has seen many changes over the years, it maintains a reputation for serving a distinctive type of thick soup known locally as Aash. The restaurant's offerings predominantly feature soups, focused on regional flavors and dishes that may not appeal to vegetarians.
Known for its casual atmosphere, Tooti Aush caters to a variety of dining options—particularly breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's quite popular for solo dining and can accommodate groups, making it a hospitable spot for locals and tourists alike. However, accessibility might be limited as there is no wheelchair-accessible parking available. Payment is convenient with both credit and debit cards accepted, though they do not take reservations.
For those looking to enjoy local cuisine during odd hours, Tooti Aush does offer late-night food. It also features halal options and smaller plate servings that lend themselves well to sharing among friends or family. Despite the historical appeal, recent updates regarding the establishment from the owners remain scarce, leaving some aspects about current operations or changes unclear. Operating daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Tooti Aush continues to serve guests amid the surrounding historic setting in Rasht.

well this place is one of a kind it's said that it was first established in 1887(more than 130 years ago) though the place went through a lot of changes... Tooti is famous for it's unique Āsh(kind of a thick soup)-although not recommended to vegetarians
