I love this place I'm from Rigby and I grew up in this bar I absolutely love the owners and for the most part the people parking sucks obviously and the Cop Shop is right across the street but the price the people great dive bar. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We are in Rigby for a very sad occasion. We wandered into Top Cat Pub for a beer and a moment alone to talk. Not sure what led us there as opposed to other places down the same street but Teresa, Doug and Cat welcomed us like family and grieved the loss of our daughter with us.
I’m so grateful for our time at Top Cat’s Pub. The team and the other clientele welcome us like we were long, lost family. Thank you Doug, Teresa and Cat for your kindness, love and support!!! ML&R Psycho & Cindy
