I loved Top Rise Restaurant specifically their boardroom and service. We were holding a surprise proposal for my friend at one of their boardrooms. We were sooo free,we really enjoyed every bit of it. The customer service was toptier Meal type: Dinner Price per person: KES 500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
