Top View Restaurant is a fantastic spot with an incredibly welcoming and nice server named Jocelyn J.The food is delicious, fresh, and arrives with impressively quick and fast service.It has a wonderful ambience that makes for a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.Everything here is excellent, and I highly recommend visiting this great restaurant.
