Arrived at 11:20 PM. The woman with glasses said they were cleaning until midnight, so dine-in wasn’t available. I understood and ordered takeout instead. But she then swept trash right onto the floor beside me and rudely told me to wait outside. If the store will be cleaning after 11 and people will receive this attitude, the closing time should honestly be listed as 11 PM instead of midnight. The uber driver waited with me outside also felt confused. This is first time I came here not at dinner time, so not sure if it’s only this waitress or this is how top chicken operates. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
