Top class Diner is one of biggest restaurant in Minna, Niger state, recently opened on Thursday 4th may, 2022.. The restaurant is located beside minister of livestock minna,Niger state. Well built and furnitured space, with air_conditioner, tile, water dispenser, television, security men, event hall, VIP space, fruit juice etc. The restaurant have a parking space and accessibility entrance and located along the road side... My first visit to the place is on Saturday 7th May and enjoy my stay..the workers are friendly.
