Topbase shawarma is tasty, but customer service is poor. If they ask you to sit and wait, don't sit in the bar area stay where you are as i order that is if u want to go home warlt or wnjou ur shawarma in time.. They will forget you. I've experienced this twice. When I reminded them, they gave excuses as u watch people come and go. Trust me is best to stand by the order lady and wait for ur snack or meal.
