Delicious shaved ice!! Randomly found it on the way to the beach and it was so delicious I had to get a second one. We got mango, cherry, blueberry, and my second one was hojicha tiramisu. Highly recommend!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today, on a hot and hot day, my daughter drove me to Topenpe, a new shaved ice shop in Orchid Island. Shaved ice with fresh blueberries and yogurt from today's menu... The shaved ice was very fluffy and delicious without being too sweet~ It was a store I would like to go to again.
