It was fun but very expensive. Food was okay but had a 3 inch hair in my queso dip. Lots of traffic but you do have your own area that others are not supposed to enter. There was an elderly gentleman came into our booth to look at our clubs. Our server, Lee was on the spot to redirect him. The teen birthday party in the next 2 booths was rowdy and a little fiesty but they stayed in their own booth area. Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went yesterday 5/24 evening. The manager at the reception assigned us the worst possible bay. He saw we had small children, yet gave us a bay with only high chairs. After asking for one with sofa he assigned bay @ 1st floor which is NO fun! Now the real issue -> of the 90 mins I bought for, atleast on 5 occasions the ball got stuck, I had to ask them to fix it. Each time it took 3-5 mins for someone to come and fix it! Now, I have to ask them myself to get compensated for the crappy experience, instead of them offering! Wasted 20-30 mins because of ball getting stuck @ bay 117! They weren’t even sorry for this. Very bad customer service! Not recommended! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We wanted to give a huge shoutout to Paradise at Topgolf Allen. She was our Bay Host during our visit, and she truly made our experience memorable. This was our family’s first time in Texas, and we were visiting relatives who wanted to take us to Topgolf. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side it was really cold, and even though the heaters were available, they weren’t working as well as we hoped. It definitely made it harder to enjoy the game while we were freezing. But Paradise completely turned our experience around. We never once had to look for her; she was always nearby, attentive, and incredibly helpful. My family enjoyed her energy and kindness so much. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. She noticed how cold we were and offered us cups of hot water to help keep us warm, which made such a big difference that we ended up staying longer and having way more fun. We just want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. She is an excellent server with amazing hospitality, and if we ever return to this location, we truly hope to see her again.
