My visit was good and bad, Wyat and Samantha are the only reason this isn't a one star terrible review. You need to give some appreciation to both of them and hope your other employees can be more like them with some coaching and training. My visit started not bad, the young lady at the front welcomed my wife and I with our 6month old and interacted kindly with my very excited 6yr old. Our reservation was for 7:15pm but we arrived early at about 6:50, booked a 2 hr session, we requested a bay with the sofa style seating to make it easier with our infant daughter. We waited in the lounge area til about 7:10 when I received a text our bay was ready, we proceeded to our bay on the 2nd floor but when arriving to our bay it was not a bay with sofa style seating, it was a Hightower table with bar height chairs, but bigger issue was the condition of the bay, there was trash and crumbs from the party before us, but to make it worse on the screen it had been marked as clean and disinfected, or something to that effect. Now that didn't upset me too much, I'm an understanding person and understand the staff may have been stretched thin seeing as it was a fairly busy night, but what really infuriated me was the 3 yes 3 individual Topgolf employees that completely ignored me when trying to bring my concerns to their attention. After that my wonderful wife tried to coerce me into just waiting but I was already fuming, thus I had to walk to the opposite side of the facility to find the closest Topgolf employee and calmly asked him to call for a manager to the dirty bay we did not request. Less than 2 minutes later, Samantha showed up and immediately listened to our concerns while cleaning the bay and arranging for us a different bay with sofa seating and a very attentive server, Wyat. Samantha guided us to the new location and made sure we were familiar with how everything worked and made sure before leaving us with a great server that all our requests and expectations were met. Wyat greeted us warmly and took our drink orders making sure my 6 yr old lefty had appropriate clubs for his size and swing orientation and again made sure everything was taken care of. Wyat did a fantastic job checking on us and filling our orders with record efficiency without being overbearing or intrusive like some servers do. Like I said in the beginning of this review Samantha and Wyat were excellent and they are the only reason I will be returning in the near future. I loved my visit! I've always wanted to check it out, so when my brother invited our sister and me, I couldn't say no. The only issue I experienced was that the monitor next to the golfing station was broken. However, this did not impact my golfing experience, as the other monitors in the seating area were working fine. The food and drinks were great, and the servers were wonderful. I definitely plan on coming back with my daughter! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my very first time actually playing anything golf-related, and I can confidently say that Topgolf Mobile made it a blast from start to finish. I’ve been a spectator at traditional golf courses like Glen Lakes before — and honestly, it wasn’t my thing. But this? Totally different. Fun, interactive, and beginner-friendly all the way through. The game selection was awesome — from Angry Birds to Fantastic Four to target challenges — I stayed fully entertained and engaged. Even as a first-timer, I never felt out of place. The staff were incredible. The two employees at the front counter were friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions that made our visit even better. Our server at the pod was on point — super kind, quick, and made sure we had everything we needed. We also ordered the mac n’ cheese bites and pretzel bites, and mhmmm — so good. Definitely exceeded typical “bar food” expectations. Flavorful, hot, and satisfying. All in all, it was a fun, welcoming, and delicious experience. You’ve officially made me a Topgolf fan, and I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Keep doing what you’re doing!
