I’ve been to several Topgolf locations over the years and have always had a great experience, which is why this visit to Topgolf Spring, Texas was such a huge disappointment. From the moment we arrived, everything seemed disorganized and poorly managed. The staff came across as uninterested and unhelpful, and getting assistance felt like an inconvenience to them. The wait times were ridiculous, even when the facility didn’t seem overly crowded. The bays were not well maintained, the equipment looked worn out, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected compared to other Topgolf locations I’ve visited. Food and drinks took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, the quality was underwhelming at best. What really stood out was the lack of customer service. Issues that should have been handled quickly were either ignored or met with excuses. It honestly felt like nobody cared whether guests were having a good experience. This location is a complete contrast to other Topgolf venues that are clean, welcoming, and professionally run. Unfortunately, this one was disappointing from top to bottom. After spending good money expecting the usual Topgolf experience, I left frustrated and wishing we had gone somewhere else. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone based on my experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
