I bought the 6-month “Play More” membership at Christmas, which included one-hour of golf and a free appetizer and free drinks for up to 6 people. I used it fine for 2 months, but then the third month (March 2026) they abruptly discontinued the free drinks without telling me. Even the server told me the drinks were FREE and he put in the order. When check-out time came, the server didn’t want to charge me for the drinks but the manager insisted that I had to pay for the three drinks we ordered—EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE SERVER SAID IT WAS FREE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP AND IT WAS FREE WHEN I BOUGHT THE MEMBERSHIP. Every time I come here, the workers tell me something different. I went ahead and paid it, but I told the manger that I would right a bad review. The manager said he would rather get a bad review than allow me to get 3 free drinks after their promotion magically ended. So much for customer service or brand loyalty!!!! I am upset that my loyal patronage and membership isn’t even worth a coke Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Night started off awful with the front desk not putting our reservation in and causing us extra wait time but Emily and Spencer made up for it with their amazing service and hospitality. They saved this location from a 1 star review. Price per person: $100+ Service: 5

I would like to thank Michael and his staff at TopGolf Waco for their excellent service. Michael took the time to help me reserve my event and his staff were so kind to make everything happen smoothly so everyone could enjoy. Thank you!!
