Ordered at 7pm via Uber eats. Usually no problem and have ordered lots of times before. . Still not arrived by 8.20 so I called them. Lady told me they were running behind and hadn’t even started my order, so I just said cancel it in that case. And even though the lady told me they were running behind and had not started my order (which is why I cancelled it) they are still charging me via uber eats as they are saying the order had been started. Very poor form and they have lost a customer over £20 odd quid. Fair enough if they had a bad night and could not fulfil orders in a timely manner, but don’t then charge me for their ordering problems. Won’t be ordering from here again Food: 4 Service: 1

Best kebab shop i have been to very good food restaurant quality. Chill sauce has a very good taste but it is very spicy wish they did a mild one also. They do a spicy chicken shish and a normal one wish they did the same with the kofte kebab. But all in all you won't be disappointed with the food from here.
