We found Toplana restaurant after wandering around Shkodër this Mother's Day afternoon. Luckily it was away from the tourist scene. Our food was amazing! Really delicious and the service was kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back now that we've found them!

I was looking for a good restaurant outside the tourist area during my visit in Shkodër and I found this place walking in around the streets. It was really nice, delicious food, the portions are big, good prices, the service is nice and the waiter speaks English and his kindness is remarkable. I highly recommend it!
