Loved the concept of being able to sample the tea flavours and pick the one we want. I ended up with the brown sugar milk tea but the taro one was good too. Such a huge variety of toppings too that you can serve yourself. I had the brown sugar pearls, lychee jelly, black pearls and cheese foam. I love cheese foam and appreciated how I could add as much as I want of it as well as everything else. The only bubble tea place where I could serve myself and sample items. Definitely returning again!

I tried Toppings and Tea in Springvale and was very excited to customise my own bubble tea. Staff was sooo friendly and nice and taught us how to do it. The small was $5.50 and I filled it with mini pearls, pearls and grass jelly. They were kind enough to give tasting cups so you could try the tea’s before deciding and had a nice range of fruit and milk teas. I chose to fill my cup with black milk tea which was great however the toppings I chose were not nice at all. The pearls were way too soft and mushy and the grass jelly was extremely slimy and gooey and not like ones at other places. My friends tried the fruit teas with the fruit jellies and enjoyed it so it may just be the toppings I had tried.

Wanted to try this place as it was growing popular. System is buy your cup, add your toppings or no toppings then add your bubble tea flavor. Got to try nearly all flavors before buying, loved the brown sugar tea and the taro ones out of them all. Loaded our toppings and the toppings were delicious. Loved how you can add a variety of toppings without having to buy each topping individually like all the other bubble tea places. The staff were very friendly and helpful, hats off to the purple haired girl who served us. Definitely coming back
