Food: Toraya was excellent. The katsu was done really well, crisp on the outside and satisfying without feeling too heavy, but the ginger pork was incredible. That was the part of the meal that really stayed with me. It had so much flavor and the sauce gave it that perfect savory-sweet richness that makes you want another bite right away. It felt comforting in the best way, especially with rice. The nice thing was that nothing felt overdone. The food was straightforward, but every part of it was clearly handled well, and the ginger pork gave the meal real personality. Service: Relaxed and efficient. It felt like a place that knows exactly what it is doing and does not need to overcomplicate anything. Summary: Easy 5/5.
