Having seen Ikspiari, it's time to have a rest at this bar. A number of people say that the staff is well-trained here. If you want to enjoy good service, you should go to Torcedor. From the visitors' point of view, the atmosphere is charming. Google users awarded the score of 4.6 to this place.

The cocktails are good, but just a cautionary tale that you can’t really “pop in for a drink” since there’s a ¥1000 cover charge per person. Which I kinda get for small or crowded bars, but in an empty bar on top of ¥1800 drinks, it felt a little silly. We had 2 cocktails that totaled ¥5500 ($35 US) which is the first time Tokyo has out-priced US bars. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000

Wow.. what a find.. I was not expecting to come to a Disney theme park and have a cigar. Not an incredible selection of cigars but enough variety for any cigar smoker. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle, crowds and queues, then this is the place. They cut and light the cigar for you. Great service and very helpful. Cigar: Oliva V no.4. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000
