I haven’t visited this Torchy’s location in quite some time, especially since I temporarily moved to Austin, Texas, and I have to say that the Spring-Stuebner location is one of the most welcoming locations I’ve ever been to. I know Torchy’s originated in Austin, but this location stands out because of its experienced and talented staff. From ordering drinks at the bar to placing my takeout order at the register, the service was exceptional. Robin and Brenda were both incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious. I’ve visited several Torchy’s locations over the years, and this one truly sets the standard. Outstanding customer service, great food, and a fantastic atmosphere, easily one of the best Torchy’s locations around. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Be cautious when picking up online orders from this location. Staff asked for both the name on the order and the items included, yet still handed us a bag labeled with a different customer’s name. Because they verified both pieces of information, we reasonably assumed the order was correct. After getting home, we realized the order did not match the receipt and was clearly intended for someone else. Had the other customers received their order, their items were wrong on the itemized receipt as well. When we called to report the issue, the staff member suggested we should have checked the bag before leaving, despite the error occurring during handoff. In the food & beverage industry the customer is always right. Period. To place blame on the customer isn’t good service. The manager offered to remake the order for pickup but did not provide a refund or any additional resolution for the inconvenience. A complimentary item would’ve been nice. We had to leave our house & drive back to the spring location to get our correct order. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and better attention to order accuracy and customer service would be appreciated. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I had the best experience at Torchy's Tacos thanks to Noel! From the moment I sat down, he was super friendly and attentive, making sure I always had everything I needed. He recommended an incredible cosmo that was perfectly balanced - just the right amount of sweetness! The drinks were crafted with care and the service was top-notch. I appreciated how knowledgeable he was about the menu and his enthusiasm made the entire visit so enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back for the awesome atmosphere and great bartending skills!
