銀座、有楽町駅から徒歩5分ほどの隠れ居酒屋TOMO BANYAさんに上司との会食でお邪魔してきました！店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、各テーブルごとにパーテーションがあり、隣のテーブルが気にならず会話と食事に集中できる素敵な空間です！半個室とカウンターもありました！今回は、お店オススメの「おまかせコース～北海道産ずわい蟹といくらの土鍋御飯～」のコースをいただきましたが、最初の生雲丹めしから一気に心を掴まれました。コース内容 ------------------------ ・生雲丹めしウニと漬けマグロ、ご飯の温度とバランスが完璧でした！・おばんざい３品卯の花が筍のお出汁も出ててすごく春を感じるおばんざいです！・醤油のいらないお造り長崎県産の九絵（クエ）を３種類で出していただきました。薄造りは大根ポン酢で、たたきはガリ佃煮で、炭押しは島らっきょうでというこだわり！・銀たら西京焼き脂がのった銀鱈で焼き加減も抜群です！・A4黒毛和牛の新玉葱しゃぶ初めてすり流しでしゃぶしゃぶしましたが、あっさりして非常に美味しかったです！・虎福唐揚げ身がプリプリで非常に美味しかったです！・口直しフルーツトマトトマトと疑うくらい甘くびっくりしました！・北海道産ずわい蟹といくらの土鍋御飯好きなものしか入っていない安定の美味しさで、余ったらお土産におにぎりにしてくれるのも嬉しいポイント・佐々木さんの手作り和三盆プリン日向夏に崩したプリンが甘さとさっぱりのバランスが完璧です！ ------------------------ また、日本酒も全国で先行発売のものの用意があったり、和食全体に合うお酒の品揃えで日本酒や焼酎好き、にはたまらないお店です！全体的に上品でありながら堅苦しすぎず、接待や会食、特別な宴会、大切な人との記念日の食事にもぴったりなお店だと感じました。また家族の記念日にお伺いします！.
