Today, ramen shops are everywhere, and each shop offers a variety of original ramen based on the basics. In the midst of this, this restaurant opened as a ramen restaurant directly managed by a butcher shop, and since then it has continued to be a popular and stable restaurant with its standard Chinese soba ramen. There is only one table seat and a counter inside the store, so if 10 people can enter, it will be full, so you may line up outside the store during lunch time. There are only a few types of ramen with different toppings, but I am grateful that the system allows you to adjust the hardness of the noodles and the richness of the soup. If I remember correctly, I've been using this place for almost 20 years, and I always order "Toriden Ramen" This is the so-called "all on board", so you can enjoy wontons, char siu, and boiled eggs, so I recommend it! Especially the wontons are melty and you can't miss this. The shumai on the side menu uses the same skin, so we recommend this one as well! I've eaten at various ramen shops, and I think it's delicious when I'm eating seafood, pork bone soy sauce, and tsukemen. I think Triden is the only restaurant that makes me want to eat again!
