One of my all time favorites. An authentic Japanese experience — no frills bc it’s not for tourists; this is a venue for locals, where you’ll not find prices bc it’s based on trust, the service might seem dry bc the chefs are focused on their craft of grilling, and the only-counter seating means you should watch and learn, not distract. Come here to decompress after a long day, not learn about different chicken parts on a stick. Price per person: ¥7,000–8,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
