This restaurant and Omoide Yokocho can be both really attractive for tourists. At Torien, you may order perfectly cooked fried chicken, tofu and sashimi. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good beer.
The competent staff at this place can show how much they appreciate their clients. A number of people note that the service is enjoyable. Delicious food at average prices are provided here. Came on a slow night, but had extremely slow service (customers that came later got food around same time), inattentive staff (order via qr code - differing menu options), lukewarm/bland food, as well as a coverage charge of ¥330 per person (1 mandatory drink and plate per person). Considering the amount of customers, the food is not worth the trip nor the price. On the bright side, theres free wifi. Yakitorys cold,only the fried chicken was good. The rice was not good. Staff payed with a cent (probably). The staff had an attitude (could see). The Coca-Cola tasted like regret mixed with ice. Beer was good. Too expensive for this, tourist trap. Good point is that it arrived fast and there's baskets to put your coat. The stairs to go up have a too big height difference between them. TV too loud. Internet was free (thankfully). Do not recommend. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
