Torihachi is pretty near Hokoji Temple. Clients don't highly appreciate yakitori chicken at this restaurant. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is cute here. According to the guests, the main disadvantage of Torihachi is the prompt service. Based on the reviewers' opinions, atmosphere is homey here. People rate this place below average on Google.

It was my second time. Last time it was delicious so I came again. The taste, doneness, and customer service were the worst this time. It was a shame because it was a store where the manager's arrogance shined through, as is often the case in rural areas, where he crushes hard-working young people. A part-time worker who is hospitable to customers? The man in the room was treated roughly, and even though he was given instructions, he was a pleasant staff member who listened to the customer's stories. Even though I was surprised when a cockroach appeared, the store manager just saw my reaction and was relieved. *The video is about a small cockroach that came out like this after being disposed of. I don't care about this much so I'm relieved. I had no choice but to hit the cockroach with a hand towel and have a nice male staff member take care of the rest, but the store manager and female staff didn't mention it at all. *It's a counter! Since it's a counter, you'll definitely know what happened. The grilled liver of the yakitori was delicious, so I came back, but perhaps because it overlapped with the order of the customer on the 2nd floor, instead of being grilled, I was served dry, bitter liver that was overcooked. I was waiting for the item I originally ordered. (I came around the time I finished drinking one beer without eating anything) It feels like I've finally arrived, but the manager starts telling the female staff that I don't know what they're baking. In the end, only about half of what I ordered came out. Would you say that in front of me? ? I was surprised with. Later, when I was asked if I had something or not, and I was confused because there was something I didn't order, I just said, ``Please just eat it.'' It's so bad! ! I don't usually pay attention to the bill, but I don't want to spend extra money at a store like this. I was really curious about how the items I ordered, the items I didn't receive, and the items that were given to me without permission were reflected in the bill (I think I was annoyed and worried). There, too, there was a nice man who showed me the order form. No one else was involved. I was so generous that I paid without checking my order and went home. My hometown is Osaka, but I have rarely found a restaurant this bad. I felt sad that this kind of thing is commonplace in rural Nara. Have customers dispose of cockroaches. The younger staff, who are known as Peachku, are good at grilling and are very friendly. A boss who has the mentality of using generous young staff as he sees fit, without taking advantage of them. Uoyachiwa is also expensive for its taste, so I wonder if it's from the same series? I feel that the prices are high because the taste and customer service are not good. By the way, I went there alone at Uoyachiwa and paid 18,000 yen. If the food is delicious and I receive pleasant customer service, the price doesn't matter, but I get angry! I feel like I don't want to pay a single yen. I was looking for a good restaurant because there are many restaurants in this area that aren't very tasty but have high prices, but I started to dislike the restaurants in Oji even more. Eating at Oji Temple Yakiniku tendo, Yakitori Hamarushin I once again realized that I can go there with peace of mind. Those two places are also good places to take children. I went to a lot of shops, but I felt like an idiot trying to find a good shop in Oji, so I'm grateful to Torihachi for making me think about quitting. I think it's really a shame because the quality of the part-time workers, including the affiliated ones, is good. Because I usually see it I feel that he is a good person who has the potential to experience the essence of the joy of work if he works at a better store. I was also concerned about their worst management style, where they were lazy but did not give organizational guidance as a hobby because they were able to get by on their own.
