After you have seen Shiogama Shrine, visit this restaurant. If you have never come across Japanese cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at Torikadoya. It's worth visiting this place because of nicely cooked eel.

On my starred places to visit again. FYI: 4 is a high rating in Japan because no one in Japan believes a 5... I was wandering for a place for lunch and I came across a hidden gem. I ordered an Unagi-don because it was my last day in Tokyo. It melted so fast that it was gone in 3 minutes. It's on my repeat list. Everyone else there seemed to be regulars and they all ordered yaki-tori-don so I'm trying that one next time. They are very kind, even if you can't read kanji. You'll feel like family there. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
