Menya Torippu serves up, as their name suggests, chicken ramen. They don't offer a huge variety of options, so it makes it easy to choose. I opted for their Chicken Ramen with Seaweed and Egg in a medium Soy Sauce Chicken broth. The large portion was 1050¥ and the broth, though a bit on the lighter side, was quite delicious. The noodles were firm and had nice texture, but I was hoping they'd have more of that delicious chicken topping.I also tried their monthly variant, called Butappu, which is a play on their store name and main ramen. This ramen is a pork and shoyu-based ramen with some veggies on top and a thicker noodle for 830￥. The broth was a great deal thicker and heavier than their usual chicken-based soup, but it was almost too heavy with a strong, salty taste. However, the veggies on top did lighten up the bowl a bit to offset the heaviness. I also liked their thick and soft noodles, which were a nice, satisfying portion.Overall, I'm pleased to say there is another solid little ramen shop.
