After a walk around Kyoto International Manga Museum, many visitors stop by this restaurant. Japanese cuisine under the direction of the popular chef is wonderful here. Most guests recommend trying tasty yakitori chicken.
The staff is said to be patient here. Service at Torisaki is something one can name spectacular. The atmosphere is enjoyable, as clients see it. It's a Michelin one-star restaurant, the award is usually given for providing tasty dishes.

Amazing experience at Torisaki - it’s one of the best Michelin star experience I have had in a while. Service is implacable - both chef and server was so welcoming and hospitable despite language barrier. Food was great - with the chicken yakitori being super succulent and not dried at all! Love the mix of yakitori - from chicken shoulder, wings, heart, gizzard and so much more! Am glad that I managed to secure a reservation here! And kudos to the chef and the team - for being derailed-oriented, providing a high quality meal! P.S Do book early, and definitely worth a try - am the only non-Japanese at the counter during my meal! This proof that it’s great and non-touristy try it and you won’t regret!
