Torise is a Chicken yakiniku restaurant. Other tables were grilling their own meat on hot stones, but we opted for some teishokus instead. The chicken tataki and sumibiyaki were both delicious. The texture of the chicken is firm and works out your jaw a bit, but very flavorful. There is also a self-serve counter where you can refill on rice and miso soup.
