Torishige is pretty near Toranomon Kotohira-gu. The perfectly cooked yakitori chicken is exactly what many guests taste here. The well-trained staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. In accordance with the guests' opinions, this restaurant is famous for its nice service. Guests leave negative reviews because the atmosphere is cozy. Torishige hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Japanese Review 虎ノ門横丁の一角にある鳥茂さん。入り口の暖簾からも焼き鳥屋さんと想像がつきます。カウンター席にて串盛り5品とジンを頼みました。串は目の前で炭焼き。ガラス張りになっており匂いが篭らないのは嬉しいポイント。この日は レバー、つくね、シロ、蝦夷鹿、ピーマン肉詰めの5品でしたがどれもとってもジューシーで最高でした。一品一品じっくり焼いてくれているのをみながらお酒も進みます。ジンは虎ノ門蒸留所、オリジナル山椒のジンでこれがかなり風味よく美味しかった。これだけでも意外とお腹いっぱいになりました。最高です、また来ます！ ⸻ English Review (for international visitors) In one corner of Toranomon Yokocho, you’ll find Torishige, easily recognizable as a yakitori spot from the noren curtain at the entrance. I sat at the counter and ordered a set of 5 skewers along with a gin. The skewers are grilled right in front of you over charcoal, and thanks to the glass partition, the smoke doesn’t linger in the room—a nice touch. On this day, the 5 skewers were liver, tsukune (chicken meatball), shiro (intestine), Ezo venison, and stuffed bell pepper. Each was incredibly juicy and absolutely delicious. Watching each skewer being carefully grilled while sipping my drink made the experience even better. The gin I had was from the Toranomon Distillery, infused with original sansho pepper—it was wonderfully aromatic and flavorful. Surprisingly, just this set was enough to leave me feeling quite full.
