Yanaka no Toriyoshi is one of the restaurants where you can't make a reservation in Tokyo. Since it comes with chicken, you might think that the main dish is chicken, but fresh fish, soft-shelled turtles, and conger eel in the summer are also very delicious. It's fully booked up to 3 months in advance, but if you look at the site frequently, there are vacancies here and there, especially in this day and age... The fun of this time of year is monkfish hotpot. You can't eat without pre-booking. I looked around and everyone was eating monkfish hotpot. An exquisite nabe made with light miso that brings out the richness of the monkfish liver itself. Deeply delicious. I combined it with the Tedori River and the Koi River.
