I went there with my sister to get two barley cappuccinos because we were in the area. The cappuccino was good, there's nothing to say, but since there were several people there they were nervous. Poor organization and slowness on the part of the staff. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I no longer have words to define this "activity", much less the cognitive abilities of the pastry chef. I have been a customer for 15 years, purchasing the same birthday cake every year... or rather it had to be the same. There must obviously be some communication and listening problems, and a total disinterest in the customer's needs. In the last 3 orders they were unable to deliver the cake ordered. Twice on my birthday, for which I had requested a tart made with shortcrust pastry, Chantilly cream and berries and a sponge cake, custard and some fregolina arrived by mistake. Mindful of past inconveniences for my graduation party, I decided to personally go to the pastry shop, speak to an employee and bring a photo of how I wanted the cake (maybe at least that way they wouldn't make mistakes) including decoration. I arrive to collect it and it was pitiful. I wonder why they take orders if they can't do their ORDINARY job, as I had asked for the usual cake with a little extra decoration.
