We had ordered $65 of food on Uber Eats. They accepted the order and said it was beginning preparation. Suddenly, it disappeared and I got this pop-up claiming “we called to cancel it”. That’s interesting considering so many others claim when they call this establishment they state its wrong number. Anyways, we never called. When Uber Eats hosts claim YOU called to cancel after beginning preparation, you get charged in full. This is clearly a scam they are running so beware. Thankfully, we spoke to Uber who refunded it in full and notated this on Pasta Co.’s account. After seeing everyone else’s reviews of hair in the food, I’m grateful we never ate anything from this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: $60–70

Terrible experience. This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from this place. Not only was the pasta dry and missing the Alfredo sauce I specifically ordered, but the worst part was finding a long hair right in the middle of the pasta. That is completely unacceptable and honestly ruined the entire meal. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve ordered from Toronto Pasta Co. on 2-3 occasions, and the food has been delicious every time. Good portions, high quality fresh pasta, delicious sauce, and it always arrives piping hot! Loved the Mushroom Truffle Pasta and the Chicken Parmesan. I will continue to order from them. _________ UPDATE: Found a hair breaded into my Chicken Parmesan They must have changed kitchen staff because the food here is inconsistent in quality now. In my opinion, the food is way too overpriced for quality to be this inconsistent and disappointing. After this happened with my last two orders, I’ve stopped giving Toronto Pasta Co. my business.
